'Watergate-Level Event' About To OccurIn Washington?

After it was reported that Karl Rove had agreed to give further testimony to the Grand Jury investigating the CIA leak, Rove's attorney Robert Luskin denied his client had received a target letter from special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, a formal "heads up" sent to individuals who are about to be indicted.
Not too sure it qualifies as a 'Watergate' since that took down a President, but conspiracy nation is buzzing with rumors of indictments up to Georgie's level. The idea is that leak was intentionally done as retribution for the anti-Bush comments by CIA agent Valerie Plame's husband (former Ambassador to Iraq).
